In the database of the American department of the FCC, a record appeared on the certification of two models of Huami smartwatches, which have not yet been presented by the manufacturer. The regulator not only confirmed the readiness of devices under the names Amazfit GTS 2e and GTR 2e for release, but also declassified some features of their appearance.
According to the published documentation, the Amazfit GTS 2e will be codenamed A2021 and the GTR 2e will be labeled A2023. The gadgets will be equipped with square and round displays, respectively – this is indicated by screenshots of their system interface.
Typically, Huami produces two versions of branded smartwatches: sports and classic. However, they usually differ not in the hardware component, but in the design and material of the strap.
The manufacturer does not disclose the exact date of the presentation of new products. It is only known that the next Huami event will take place on November 17 – on this day, the brand will show the Amazfit Zepp Z smartwatch.
