A new Motorola smartphone has been spotted in the Taiwan National Communications Commission (NCC) database. The device with the model code number XT2173-2 will be released under the name Moto G31.

According to the information presented on the NCC website, the smartphone will be equipped with a triple camera. Its main 50-megapixel sensor will support pixel binning, which will allow shooting at a resolution of 12.5 megapixels. In addition to the rectangular rear camera unit with strongly rounded corners, a fingerprint sensor will be located on the back cover.

The battery capacity of the Moto G31 indicated in the documentation is 4850 mAh. Based on the published images, the smartphone will ship with a 10-watt power adapter. It also became known that the novelty will be released with a USB Type-C port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. In addition, despite the affordable price, the device will receive a selfie module in the notch of the screen, and not in the teardrop notch like its predecessors.
It is expected that the new product will be cheaper than the Moto G30, whose price tag at the start of sales was $ 210. The release date of the Motorola Moto G31 is still unknown.
