Android 10 is the latest version of the Android operating system which was launched in May 7 and stable launched on September 12, and there so many changes they bring in this version. and most of the phones today are coming to Android Pie out of the box. According to SAMMobile if Galaxy phone or tablet that was launched with Android 7.0 Nougat or earlier will not be eligible to receive Android 10. That puts flagships like the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy Note 8 out of the running, even though they may be fully capable of running Android 10. The same goes for any Galaxy device launched before 2018, as it was only last year that Samsung started releasing phones with Android Oreo out of the box.
So at the point Galaxy M40 getting Android 10 update at the last year of 2019 or they releasing in Q1 of 2020.
